2018 Estate
Barbera
Aged in Vadai Hungarian oak blended with 50% Estate Barbera/50% Estate Sangiovese in neutral oak. placed on new Eastern European Oak for 6 months racked to stainless for 6 months. Ocean spray with notes of bing/tart cherry, earthy truffles with long finish. Pairs well with any red sauce, dark meat, and everything Italian.

2020 Arneis
Offers up lively aromas of pear, white peach, lime, and pink grapefruit with subtle notes of crushed rocks and citrus zest. On the palate hints of grapefruit and citrus, with a crushed rocky Very fragrant and elegant, medium bodied, bright acidity with notes of pear, apple, stone fruit, nutty notes. Pairs well with as an aperitif with light hors d'oeuvres, crudités, seafood, salads, light soups, simply prepared veal, pork, chicken, creamy cheeses. Goes well with: Barbara Streisand & John Mayer Come Rain or Come Shine. and saltiness. Goes well with Shellfish, roasted veal and baby lamb, roasted veggies. 2018 Primitivo
Aged 18 months in Boswell Kentucky Oak. Plum and Cherry on the nose with hints of spice, nutmeg/white pepper. Subtle tannins and smooth finish. Pairs well with spaghetti bolognese, veal parmigiana, chicken cacciatore, and pizza especially with crumbled sausage. Goes well with More than Friends by Bob James and David Sanborn.
2018 Petite Sirah
Aged in French/Minnesota oak. Full-bodied, bright acidity. Rich black fruit, black currant, blackberry, blueberry, earthy with subtle notes of leather chocolate, plums. coco. Goes beautifully with roast pork, barbecued meats, Goes well with Pork Loin, Venison and Rack of Lamb. Pairs with Rod Stewart till There Was You.

Aged in French, Hungarian & American Oaks for 18 months. Earthy wet stone on the nose, plum and cherry fruit, soft spice, nutmeg and white pepper and hints of leather on the finish. Pairs well with anything Italian, rib roast, roasted vegetables. Goes well with Andre Bocelli, Momentous.

Aged 24 months in French Oak. Fruit from Pine Mt. AVA/Thompson Estate San Diego County. Full-bodied, complex, fruit forward, big tannins, tobacco, violets, currants, savory, and smoky notes. Pairs well with rich grilled meats, peppery sauces, and dishes with high flavor. Goes well with:
