Only produced 180 gallons of this beautiful wine. Elegant tannins, bold rich dark fruit, black current, mulberry, plum, vanilla, cassis, hints of chocolate and tobacco. Pairs great with Juicy steak, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, portobello mushrooms, blue cheese, and anything chocolate. Goes well with Basia (Its that girl again) “Someone for Everyone”.
Offers up lively aromas of pear, white peach, lime, and pink grapefruit with subtle notes of crushed rocks and citrus zest. 100%: 85% Petite Sirah Deaver Vineyards, Amador, & 15% Estate Petite Sirah. Deaver Petite Sirah aged in New Hungarian and Estate Petite Sirah aged in New French Oak. Big Tannins, Full-bodied flavors of blueberry, chocolate, plums coco and black pepper. Pairs with Jason Gould ‘The Way you Look Tonight”. Goes beautifully with roast pork, barbecued meats, and spicy bean or meat chili. The wine flavor is also enhanced by bold spices like allspice, cloves, cinnamon, chill pepper, and cocoa.
